Communication with Client
We generally use Gmail, Private Email, Whatsapp, Constant Contact, Zoom and You Can Book Me to communicate with clients.
Gmail
When we view our gmails in the cloud, they are stored on Google’s secure servers (https://support.google.com/drive/answer/10375054?hl=en). When we sync emails to personal computers, those computers store data on an encrypted hard drive and are protected by long, secure passwords. When we view emails on smartphones, those data are protected by the standard data protection protocols of iOS and Android.
Private Email
We may use emails by Private Email. See Private Email’s privacy policy here:

Whatsapp
Whatsapp uses end-to-end secure encryption. Their data protection policy is here: https://faq.whatsapp.com/1182985198951186/?helpref=uf_share
